Location and Amenities: Our Utter Ranch property is an easy 15-minute drive from downtown Sacramento off Jefferson Boulevard in Clarksburg, but a world away from noise and congestion and stress. A picturesque waterway nestles along the east side of our brick patio. Each season of the year, a colorful palette of flowers cascades down the opposite bank all the way to water’s edge creating a gorgeous backdrop for photos. The waterway is home to river otters, egrets, wood ducks, fish, and other small woodland critters that stay safely on the opposite bank in their own little world. A luxuriant rose garden decorates one end of our meticulously manicured lawn and we provide a gazebo and wedding arch, if you need them. Tiny fairy lights adorn the trees and fences all along the water’s edge to add elegance to any evening. We can shelter your event from sun or unexpected showers and you’ll even find comfortable dressing/lounging rooms for bridal parties or special guests in our Event Center. Your chosen caterer will appreciate convenient, direct access to the catering kitchen and the large prep area through large delivery doors. And parking is no problem—we have plenty of space for large parties. Personalized Service: Sandra Wilson and her staff coordinate and oversee every event to ensure that you get personalized attention every step of the way. We work closely with many of the finest event providers in the region and offer a list of preferred vendors to help you select the providers you need for your specific affair. |
