Weddings at Wilson Vineyards

Picture a colorful garden where roses perfume the air and acres of vineyards stretch toward a glorious sunset. Tiny lights outline a grape-stake fence beside a lush lawn. And, in the midst of the garden, a wedding gazebo waits just for you. Now picture yourself saying, "I do," to the love of your life!

At Wilson Vineyards we supply everything in this romantic setting--except the "love of your life."

We believe in pampering brides. We offer our facilities for only ONE event a day to ensure that you and your party will have the full focus of our attention. We can accommodate up to 300 guests for spectacular garden weddings.

Check our Available-dates Calendar for your chosen date and then call us to start planning your big day! Choose one of our wedding packages described below—or—ask us to customize one especially for you. Your cost per person depends on your selection of food, beverage package and amenities. Choose your own off-site caterer or ask us to arrange for one from our list of preferred vendors.

The Chenin Blanc Package (Ceremony Only)
With this package, we offer our Event Center and gardens from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM for wedding ceremonies. The package includes:
  • Rental of our entire venue for 3 hours

  • One additional hour for rehearsal (date and time to be arranged with Wilson staff)

  • The talents of Wilson Vineyards’ Event Coordinator and on-site management staff

  • Your choice of several ceremony sites on the property

  • Wilson Vineyards' Champagne to toast the Bride and Groom

  • Use of our charming gazebo and wedding arch

  • Use of Wilson Vineyards’ white chairs for your ceremony

  • Use of both the Bride’s Dressing Room and Groom’s Lounge

  • Wilson Vineyards’ set-up and tear-down team

  • Security services during your event


The Chardonnay Package (Reception Only)
We offer our Event Center and gardens for receptions that include the following:
  • Rental of our entire venue for 5 hours (activities must end by 10:00 PM)

  • Wilson Vineyards’ Event Coordinator and on-site management staff

  • Bartender services and complete beverage package including Wilson Vineyards' red and white wines, beer, soft drinks and bottled water

  • Your choice of indoor or outdoor dining area

  • Your choice of indoor or outdoor dance area

  • Wilson Vineyards’ tables and chairs

  • Use of our large kitchen preparation area for your caterer

  • Wilson Vineyards’ set-up and tear-down team

  • Security services during your reception

  • Use of both the Bride’s Dressing Room and Groom’s Lounge


The Petite Sirah Package (Ceremony and Reception)
To provide the utmost in privacy and personal attention, we execute only ONE event a day. The Petite Sirah Package combines ceremony and reception costs and includes all of the following amenities:

  • Exclusive use of our facilities for a 6-hour block of time (activities must end by 10:00 PM)

  • One additional hour for rehearsal (date and time to be arranged with our staff)

  • Two additional hours the morning of your wedding for you and your vendors to decorate and set up

  • The talents of Wilson Vineyards’ Event Coordinator and on-site management staff

  • Complete beverage package and bartender services offering Wilson Vineyards' wines, domestic beer, soft drinks and bottled water

  • Wilson Vineyards’ guest chairs for your ceremony, independent of the set-up for your reception

  • Wilson Vineyards’ tables and chairs for your reception

  • Use of our charming gazebo and wedding arch

  • Use of our large kitchen preparation area for your caterer

  • Use of both the Bride’s Dressing Room and Groom’s Lounge

  • Your choice of several ceremony sites on the property

  • Your choice of indoor or outdoor dining area

  • Your choice of indoor or outdoor dance area

  • Security services during your event

  • Wilson Vineyards’ set-up and tear-down team
The Petite Sirah Package can be customized to suit your specific needs and we will work with you to make adjustments if necessary. We require a minimum of 75 guests in attendance for this package.


The Sparkling Wine Package (Ceremony and Reception)
For your budgeting convenience, The Sparkling Wine Package combines ceremony and reception costs and includes all of the following enhanced amenities:
  • Exclusive use of our facilities for a 6-hour block of time (activities must end by 10:00 PM)

  • One additional hour for rehearsal (date and time to be arranged with our staff)

  • Two additional hours the morning of your wedding for you and your vendors to decorate and set up

  • The talents of Wilson Vineyards’ Event Coordinator and on-site management staff

  • Complete Sparkling Beverage Package and bartenders serving unlimited Wilson Vineyards' red and white wines, Sparkling Almond Wine, imported and specialty beer, soft drinks and bottled water

  • Wilson Vineyards’ guest chairs for your ceremony, independent of the set-up for your reception

  • Wilson Vineyards’ tables and chairs for your reception

  • Use of our charming gazebo and wedding arch

  • Use of our large kitchen preparation area for your caterer

  • Use of both the Bride’s Dressing Room and Groom’s Lounge

  • Your choice of several ceremony sites on the property

  • Your choice of indoor or outdoor dining area

  • Your choice of indoor or outdoor dance area

  • Security services during your event

  • Wilson Vineyards’ set-up and tear-down team

  • Photo opportunities with Wilson Vineyards' vintage 1926 Model T truck

The "Mini-Isabella" Package
(Ceremony and Reception with Extraordinary Extras!)


Our grandmother Isabella was a gracious lady who always set a beautiful table. Our Mini-Isabella takes the worry out of wedding planning by providing an extraordinary event -- Bella’s way!

With this comprehensive package of services, you get all the experts: our experienced wedding coordinator, preferred caterer, preferred florist, award-winning photographer, and entertainment specialist to help plan a wedding to match your dreams. The Mini- Isabella is a step above the Sparkling Wine Package and includes a bounty of beautiful extras: table linens and place settings in your choice of colors; lovely floral centerpieces; ceremony and reception photography; a fabulous menu for your banquet; and the masterful touch of experienced professionals working together to create a seamless, stress-free event. Our goal is to make your wedding dreams come true!

The Mini-Isabella Package includes all of the following:

  • Exclusive use of our facilities for 6 hours (your event must end by 10:00 PM)

  • A scrumptious wedding buffet created and prepared by our preferred Master Chef

  • Our Isabella Wine Package with unlimited Wilson Vineyards’ red and white wines, Sparkling Almond Wine, our Isabella dessert wine, a selection of imported and specialty beer, soft drinks and bottled water

  • Gorgeous floral centerpieces that you help to design with our preferred florist

  • The creative services of one of the area’s top disc jockeys and masters of ceremony

  • Six hours of imaginative photography by an award-winning photographer

  • The talents of our Wilson Vineyards’ event coordinator and on-site management staff

  • Your choice of several ceremony sites on the property

  • All the guests’ chairs for your ceremony

  • All the tables and chairs for your reception
